"Awesome place"
Pune Experience: We had been to the most beautiful exotic destination in Pune, as we were looking for a location close to Navi Mumbai one of our family friend arranged our stay in a beautiful resort. The place was bountiful with landscapes, lush greenery & a vast serene lake. The place was breath taking & quiet peaceful.The climate in Pune is very cool & pleasant & since there are many youngsters due to the IT hub situated there, it is by far one of the best place to hang around.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The food served in Pune is awesome & lip smacking & vada pav, missal are the speciality here. The food was a treat to our taste buds & the place to visit here is the Shingad Fort one of our historical place. Pune is also good for shopping we thoroughly enjoyed shopping near to Ferguson college which is just like our fashion street in Mumbai.
Activities & things to do: Well there are lot of activities that can be done in pune like paragliding in Kamshet, trekking, boating. Pune is a historical place & therefore there are many forts & temples to visit.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Pune is located very close to Navi mumbai/Mumbai & can be reached by road in less than 3 to 4 hrs. The new express road heading to Pune is well maintained & has lot of scenic views to see. The whole journey to Pune is very exciting & picturesque. A place must visit on the travel plans.
